Up until four months ago, I spent most of my time trying to manage multiple clients. My busy work schedule often kept me from eating and sleeping properly. But after awhile, I began to feel very tired and worn out. I couldn't think straight or keep up with the demands of my job. I also developed severe headaches that left me in agony. Both health problems placed me at risk for heart problems. I took the doctor's advice and changed my work schedule. I no longer take clients that require me to miss meals or sleep.
